Rajasthan International Folk Festival is known as India's first annual folk festival that celebrates the traditional folk music and arts. This festival first took place in 2007 and since then the RIFF society (Mehrangarh Museum Trust and the Jaipur Virasat Foundation) tries to rekindle the magic of folk and fusion every year in October by collecting connoisseurs of folk music and arts from all over the world.
This beautiful music festival will be set against the grand backdrop of the Mehrangarh Fort and will feature an assortment of events like a jazz night, a Rajasthani night, gypsy and traditional dance forms and early morning ragas to soothe you. The festival will coincide with the brightest full moon i.e. Sharad Poornima.
